Meet JESSICA

Jessica is LLT’s Pre & Post Closing Title Coordinator and has eight years of title experience. Coordinating the front-end of a new file involves the collection of all information and title searches then compiling them for a clear chain of title. In other words, Jessica describes her job as piecing together a puzzle. The amount of knowledge Jess has when it comes to title work is not only impressive, but very hard to come by. She enjoys digging into the details and making sure all formatting is consistent and clean. Jess’s job is tedious and demanding, but she always makes time for family and friends. She currently lives in Manchester, TN, with her two cats, Grandpa and Thor.
