Meet Janice

Janice is our newest Closing Agent/Processor. She comes to LLT with an amazing 25 years in the real estate title industry. Her care and kindness of all her files puts her customers at ease and makes them very loyal to her. She is a life-long resident of Rutherford County, and she and her husband, Billy, have two children and six grandchildren that keep them super busy. Janice loves to cook and read in her spare time as well as serving in her church. LLT is honored to have her wealth of knowledge and experience.
