Beth Dunlap has title searching in her blood. Although her career in Murfreesboro began in 1994, her introduction to the industry dates a decade earlier. As title searcher, Beth sorts through public records to verify chain of title, liens, and taxes.
She loves the independence of her position, as it often requires travel, and the chance to work directly with our attorney and president, J.D. Kious, on any title issues that may arise. Beth credits much of the market’s success to the growth of Murfreesboro, citing new development as a great benefit to the title industry.
Beth is a Shelbyville, Tenn. native and graduate of Shelbyville Central High School. She studied at Motlow State Community College before receiving her paralegal certificate from Southeastern Paralegal Institute. Beth enjoys boating, target shooting and spending time with her family and friends.
